DESCRIPTION
Apple Cider Vinegar is derived from fermented apple juice, yielding a characteristic amber appearance with a powerful tart flavor profile. Unfiltered apple cider vinegar is comprised of approximately 5-10% acetic acid depending on the batch and can exhibit a cloudy appearance due to its natural organic compound content formed during the fermentation process. Largely procured for food and beverage manufacturing, apple cider vinegar is utilized in a wide variety of products including salad dressings, chutneys, marinades, sauces, and smoothies. Throughout the nutraceutical, it can be advantageous in liquid supplement shots and gummies. As a natural astringent, apple cider vinegar finds use in hair and skincare applications along with the production of cleansers, serums, sprays, shampoos, scrubs, masks, and toners.
