At Jedwards Natural Oils, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


2. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Return must be requested and approved by our team prior to sending the item back

Note: Perishable items or products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@jedwardsnaturaloils.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or shipped in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return receipt.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you via email of approval or denial

  • If approved, issue your refund within 21 business days to your original payment method

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@jedwardsnaturaloils.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used oils or food products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards
