1. Our Commitment to You

At Jedwards Natural Oils, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Product Quality: Many of our products carry certifications such as Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified, and RSPO Sustainable Palm Oil. We maintain inventory in our custom-built, geothermal facility south of Boston to ensure product integrity from our facility to your doorstep.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • The return must be requested and approved by our team prior to sending the item back.

Note: Perishable items, or products that have been opened or used, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us using the details above with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions. Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide further instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return receipt, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  1. Notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt using the contact details above with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging showing the issue

We will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used oils or food products

  • Clearance or final sale items
