1. Shipping Overview

At Jedwards Natural Oils, we are committed to getting your cooking oils to you quickly and safely. We currently ship within the United States only, and most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

We use trusted national carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure reliable delivery.

Please note: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on the site.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

We will work promptly to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


8. Order Changes & Address Corrections

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at info@jedwardsnaturaloils.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made if your order has already shipped.
