1. Shipping Overview

At Jedwards Natural Oils, we are committed to getting your cooking oils to you quickly and safely. We maintain inventory in our own custom-built, geothermal facility south of Boston, allowing us to adapt to supply chain challenges and ship your orders with care.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the shipment date.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • We use trusted national carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure reliable delivery.

Please note: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on the site.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only through our retail site. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

6. International Shipping

While our retail site primarily serves the United States, Jedwards International, Inc. exports to most countries globally on a regular basis through its wholesale division. 7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us using the details above.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately upon discovery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging (if applicable)

9. Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
